Automated Control System

UAV’s can easily outmaneuver any manned crafts because manned crafts are has a very low limit in acceleration. However controlling large number of UAV’s simultaneously can put greater load on the carrier’s communication and computation system than it can take. Intact drone control modules savaged from hunter hives and nests over the years will eventually give scientists insight into the solution of this problem.

Stealth Plating

Originally an alien technology, the Stealth plating is used quite commonly on newer strike crafts, giving them the edge in dogfights because the first shot is usually the last shot needed. However Stealth plating made these ships very ugly indeed.

Mass driver

Small caliber fast firing mass drivers are the primary weapons on these drones. Although these rounds can do little more than scratch paint off large capital ships, they are lethal to other strike crafts.

Kinetic Blast Missiles

Missiles used by the interceptors are similar to missiles carried by the Aegis frigate. The difference is the interceptor only carries 8 missiles. However, these missiles fired in the middle of a dogfight can give enemy strike craft a very hard time.
